Peter Einset earned his J.D. degree from the State University of NY at Buffalo. Peter believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 1984, Mr. Einset founded the Law Office of Peter Einset. Since then, Mr. Einset has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Office of Peter Einset has allowed Mr. Einset to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Having been admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 1984, Mr. Einset is active in a number of professional organizations including Monroe County Bar Association, Ontario County Bar Association. He handles consumer bankruptcy cases in Bankruptcy Court; Western District of New York. He is also a member of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce. Peter treats every client with respect and integrity.
